What problems?
Well, it's kind of like how people used to try to scam people pretending to be a player of authority, I.E. pretending to be a faction leader to scam others.
I.E.
Player A changes their name to C
Player B notices this change, and makes a new character, with the old name of Player A.
Player B now uses this name to scam others, or to pretends to be Player C, using their old name.
Cue world chat confusion and trolling/scamming.
Terrible example, but still.

I was just worried people would start pretending to be someone else.
