Bank password

Haiz, i have no idea what my bank password is & when i wanna use the resetbankpass thing i see this

" Character [Account name] couldn't be found on this account!"

What do i need to do now ? .-.

Did you type your character (not account) name correctly and does this character belong to an account you're logged on? It won't let you reset password of character's that are on different accounts.
