I doubt so, depends on where the servers are really.
Although they're really tough on internet access..

you will probably gain like 200-300 ms on ping but other than that you can play without problem.
But such small amount of ping in this game doesn't make a difference.

pwi blocks any region that has it's own version of pw... with exceptions (malaysia, idk if any more).
