150 Weapon (Dagger)

I have a question.
The Daggers "Midas Touch"
is a TT Dagger but in the TT its the lvl 99 Dagger
but i have found on a other player 150 Dagger called Midas Touch it have the Same Stats as the Dragon Dagger(150)
here a screen from the TT(150)Dagger.

How i can get the Daggers?
