so i have 8 toons and this seem sto be the only 1 this is happenig to but not only can i not start a pv by myself but i cant +12 my gear either...i really dont wanna delete and start again....can this be fixed?

psy weapon isunrefineable.

Are you playing a psy? Soulspheres are unable to be refined because theyre pretty strong without refines allready, or it had something to do with the high amount of soulforce psychics allready have.
