a new probleme faced

my previous pop out probleme is fixed... but a new probleme come....

after open my account and after click on start my screen froze and nothing happen...i waiting for 30 mins but nothing happen... screen froze at the same place..... i did everything even bring new downloaded version ... still same....


can anyone HELP or suggestion??? or GM can plz help me.... i got TW today..  :sad: :sad: :sad:

So you mean that after you clicked start from of the character screen to go in game, everything freezes? Are you sure it isn't your computer of internet?

try opening game from element client, not launcher

@ herbal tea... yes you are right everything freeze after i click start in charecter menu..... no i got good internet connection and computer also.....

that might happen because you dont have exceptions to the game in your antivirus. so its the antivirus or a firewall blocking the game.
