cant log in.

when i got disconnected from the game.i tried to log in i press choose server then (boom) ping is --- population ---..why? :shocked:

DO check the known issues and fixes.

2. Error: Servers are showing as offline
- Add launcher.exe / patcher.exe / elementclient.exe to your antivirus exception list
- Run fixit.bat in EPW/launcher and then click 'Verify' button on game patcher and check again
- If it still doesn't work restart your router and PC.
- Alternately redownload / reinstall the client

If the entire town or internet cafe you're in is DC'ing, I don't think it's on Epic's end then.

If it's just the cafe then it might be at your end, ask em to restart the main connection

All I can suggest is asking your cafe owner to restart the router to see if it helps :/

Please download this serverlist and replace in EPW/patcher/server
Then choose Epica-3 (it's currently unavailable and will tell you about low version, but should be working very soon)

ok here how it goes.we have two kinds of internet connection in our area.1 is canopy and  the other one is wimax..im using canopy and cant log in to game.but my friends using wimax are enjoying there game.i already tried to reset my internet connection and still nothing happens sir.
