From what I know Paprika and Labs made custom fashion as reward from House of War I think?
But that event wasn't hold in a long time lol... And I never saw how that fash looks...
Basically, I think what they did was take a pre-existing piece of fash, recoloured it, and just added new text/images to it.
What is hard, is adding/removing sections of the fash or changing textures to create new fashion looks. ;x
