Hacked FPS ? Wtf

LoL i've always found it strange that if i have 2 PW windows up, when 1 is loading my fps goes from 20 to like 200 ish, now if i could just get it to perma load on the 1 window lol most common on the entering pw screen but it doesn't last long Q_Q

I turned off all my settings in the Nvidea configuration, it kinda helped to gain some fps. (i had 5-15fps at ydays mass pk)

 GameBooster kinda sucks ...  You get extra fps like 10+ but  u get  lag spikes .. so its worse than playing with 6 fps

Gamebooster helps to optimize your internet I guess. I doubt it will increase FPS.
