With the right Blessing Filter Expel becomes a self buff and you also can deactivate it to get 'buffed' with it from other ijs

Even with blessing filters, if the target is further then 20m range i dont think it works o.o unless i just have my filters wrong ^^ It still casts on u, but if they r further then 20m then it doesnt xD

I always have trouble using expel on my wizard, can never get it to work on myself when I want it or on someone else when I wana give it to them.

Not sure why it wouldn't work on yourself, But if it doesn't work on someone else. Its because they have their Buff Filters on.
