Exceptions are ones that are willing to do base quest every day they are on and willing and able to tw, I do allow sins, if they are VERY active.

Not all of us are good at pk, some are still learning which makes it more fun. We do a lot of pvp and pve, also have to my knowledge the highest base level in game at least active faction. Just watch for Oblivion recruiting in spam, or try to catch an officer when we are not afk.

Wow it has already been a year since I was passed lead to Oblivion, yes one year does not seem like it has been that long. We are recruiting active people who want to tw and have fun.
