i'm at the Conversion Executor, and i don't have quest at him. I got the 200 Mirage Celestones too. I have my 3rd cultivation too, idk what's wrong.

This probably. Using a fairy is not enough to allow a switch, you need to actually complete the entire quest chain.

Yes, if you use the fairy, just pick up where you left off, sadly you have to grind it out
