i cant log in with my char

every time when i try to log in with my char it says ''Could not log in ro server'', but when i try to log in with another character on the same acc it logs me. how can i resolve this bug, im worry my char its on a DC spot. can any1 help me please?

notice: i have this problem on SoulBarb, character name

Im sure its not banned because i can log with another character on the same account, it just say ''could noot connect to server'' and then it dc me

have you tried clicking on Verify at startup to see if you lost some files? Also, is your game version up to date?

must be something GM could fix. if you are banned shouldn't the account itself be banned not just 1 char?

idk, i didnt play epw for some months, i just redownload it and i tried to connect, i can log in on the other chars, i have this problem just with this one

what version i should have on my client? i have version 65

Thats cuz your character is on a forbidden área, you need to email Agatio and ask him to move your char.
no other solution.
