but it's a type of fish, I think it is fermented, made a long time ago, probably when they lacked salt, considered a delicacy in some places, stinks incredibly apparently, most people can't bear to eat it, can be wrapped in a pita like bread with potatos and onions and stuff, and..well, other crap. >.> That I'm sure you don't want to know.
