it says on the link that its a new expansion called Comprehension 2.0".
basilcy is the addition of new pets for Venos, all those describedon the link + new Phoenix and Hercules.

We have these models of pets + others quite new, although the whole new Pet Evolution system is still not yet implemented. We might use these skins though for either existing or new pets.

The new pet system gets implemented into PWI on June 19th, was announced within the last couple of days as part of the content update/expansion called 'Rising Call'.
At level 100 venos can train/evolve their pets, the pets get the usual 4 skills + 2 new skills + an exclusive skill. Pet stats after 100 will also be based on the venos stats similarly to the mystic and their summons. They'll also be a new 'Meridian System' that will permanently increase your stats but this looks like it'll take a while. They're revamping FB99, adding NW territories as well as 2 new NW game styles.

Thankfully a lovely person on Official forums has a bunch of info for it http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1602991 (sorry if we're not allowed to link from Official, delete if need be >.<)
Is there no way we can have the new pet system too? Pretty please?
