Patch v63 - Sirens of War update

Sirens of War has finally arrived!

It has taken some time and work, but the awaited update is here. Quite a bit of content came along with it, as well as some new and improved customizations!

Feel free to post any issues, questions, concerns or comments here.
To fix the problem with patching, click Verify files and wait around 2 hours. Also new client will be available soon to download for those who still are having issues.
