Everyone should have Direct X 9 software installed. DX10 nd 11 does not substitute for it.

I download the client today and that happens to me too, i can't see chars, I have the directx, 2 months ago i was playing the official PWI and never happens this, some other solution?

I have windows 8 and I investigate and W8 use directx 11 and can't go back to 9 so maybe I can't play in this server =S

NVM I solved just download this http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=35 and it works
