with  tags, and the img url.
For example one of your pics url is http://imageshack.us/a/img62/7254/20130602222713.jpg.

"Paste url into the middle of the tags"

hit alt+h to turn off interfacing too xD sery but interfacing always bothers me personally in screenshots :|

If you press F9 to do it and click hide UI it shouldn't matter. :O
