Servers aren't down hun. Try resetting your router or restarting your pc.

Verify your internet connection. Since you're posting here that part is probably fine.

What virus scanner are you using?
Are you using a firewall? If so, which one?
What version is your game at?
Have you tried connecting to one of the servers regardless of what it's status says?

avast virus scanner game version 62 windows firewall and yes it will not connect

Hmm, I use Avast! myself and it shouldn't block EPW. Does your windows firewall allow EPW access? (Try turning it off for a minute to see, or if you know how to check it's exception settings.)
