What can u make with a chiwen stone or w/e?

Only reason i want to know what u make with a chiwen stone or whatever is it is because i want to make a dscale with +10 atk, is this the right thing to get to make it?

yes, u can either make a physical or an elemental necki with ..  :smiley:

you use the Chiwen's scale to make the Dragonchild's scale neclaces for some nice atk and deff lv bonus, sells for around 2000 EC on most servers.
