Actually the dance move copied from this song called Abracadabra (see the clip @00:14) by Brown Eyed Girls, the girl at later part of PSY's mv (see PSY clip @ 1:34) is also one of the vocals for Brown Eyed Girls and her name is Gain.

This dance was also used in the Korean popular MMORPG DN ...
