Flying Mount Speed?

So I was checking why my Shalim's Glory are soooo slow (it's a rare flight) and the speed is 7.00... Isn't it sappost to be 10.5?

But my rare flight token got me a flying mount that's apparently slower than all the other ones? I guess it was just a derp with the update orrrr~?

apparently the fly speed changes in the donation forge as well......not sure if any gm or agatio noticed this. give him time to read this and im sure it will get fixed
