As far as "Im a trustworthy player and wont scam you", only way i see that being true is if you are a GM and are hosting it, are you a GM?
Better to have this kind of thing scripted into the game, i hosted a Ragnarok ONline server, it had a powerful scripting language and one could add there own quests fairly easily, does this pw server software allow that?
