Tacos are freaking awesome.  So soon I will be going to taco bell and getting very many tacos.  Anyways...I love you all...but if i had to choose tacos or you guys...well let's just hope I never have that choice.  By the way...

It is interesting.  The fact that people read other peoples post on forums and attempt to degrade them.  It's the internet sir.  I can be however old I would like to be.  Anyways have fun moving on, I shall enjoy my tacos.

Start with Forbidden Pillar ("Strange Monument") received from your race elder.

Last part is not in "Available" list:

After finishing all, after killing second Tideborn Traitor next to those crabs,
go to White Sands Beach and find Emerald Moon. (Southwest of Tide City,
under those big mushrooms by the sea.)

In PWI you have to be lvl 61 for that last part.
