Epica-3 is stable, but you have to add it manually.

But the faction icons are not responding with the isp therefore u cant see faction icons but that shouldn't be a problem!

Here you go! To add manually, go to your game's directory and look for patcher/server and edit the server.txt file and add that line below epica-2
