Well since you need ST to craft the robe in the first place I feel like it'd be the same amount of work 
Unless burdette changes it to where you get like 30-50 STs per run when you trade badges instead of like the 9 or something you get now 
I just think lowering the required amount of STs and/or SoWs could be of enough help. 
If not just making the instance doable solo could be enough.

Well i kinda meant so u can farm the cape over BH and NW too and dont need to rely on a TM squad if you dont really want to

It's not about the ascended version that's completely fine. I'm talking about the actual dominance cape that you need TM runs for but nobody ever does or needs anymore besides new players.
