Makeover screen doesn't display character

Others tell me that theirs do, but mine does not. How do I fix this? Also mines used to display it but it stopped for some unknown reason

Redownload the entire client. Do NOT use another client to patch into ours, or you will run into serious bugs like this.

I did redownload the entire client and I also verified it. I also have realized that the built in skillsender also does not work for me. I also have never patched from another client I always download the actual client to any server

Also reboot your pc in case you didn't
Another thing to try is running the fixit.bat inside launcher folder
