Client crashes after character selection

i've been playing the game before and it never crashed!
but recently i've been having this problem i tried everything the i redownloaded the game and nothing worked
so i got frustrated and rage quit  
now i wanna come back so if anyone can help would be great!

if u have 64bit, get all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable from 2005-2017
should fix ur problem

Are you using any edited UI/ GFX or model file ? 

if yes , then you are missing some files that make your game crashed .

Let me guess, you're trying to use a 1.5.1 client or others' 1.5.3+ client to connect. Those won't work anymore.

You MUST use our full 1.5.3 client, found here. Use the first DIRECT DOWNLOAD link to get the game. DO NOT USE THE PWI-EPW patch, as that will corrupt most of your files (and make it a real pain in the butt to do any instances properly.)
