Boutique NPC not showing the awaken avatar cards option any more ?

I went to awaken more avatar cards today at Boutique Agent but the long list of options that went under 'Quest Related' is no longer there. I have tried on different chars and different accounts but the options do not show any more for either of them.

Any ideas ?  Anyone else have this problem ?

Custom Weapons from players that ordered at  http://epicpw.com/weapon
Custom titles ->  same as above
Custom name colours
Card reawakening is now done at War Avatar Master.
