I'm new here, but it doesn't seem that hard to level on here... why is 2x needed on non-special occasions (or on them)?
wait till you're lv 147, 147-150 takes ages, 149-50 is about 5% per FULL GV run and 2x is about 10% per run.
PV is about 2% without 2x? and 4ish with 2x
