Having gaming problem

Hi guys i have registered and activated the account, but even still i couldn't login it says incorrect username and pass 
please help me out to solve this issue

did you make just a forum account, or both a forum & game account? If you only made a forum account, I would make a game account too so that you can play.

Yes, they are completely separate from one another.

i have made both forum and game but even its not working for me please create me a account for me to play

GM if u dont help me on account m gonna again leave this game for ever, i happily downloaded the game to play but after registering its not getting login.

incorrect user and pass plesae create me a account to play

If you can't even figure out how to register, don't play.

i have created and i got a email also its based on your account is succesfully created happy gaming, but when i enter user and pass it says wrong info

I think its a bug
I've had this too in the past and couldnt create an extra account so could only use old ones

I suggest u post on Helpdesk tho > http://epicpw.com/index.php?board=25.0
That way u will get a response directly from a GM, and other players cant see/react to ur thread
