That fire dot was removed and replaced by Chi bonus by China developers, because the skill was doing negligible damage. 2000 fire damage over 6 seconds? That's 666 base damage per tick, which, if we subtract the PvP penalty and the opponent's defense gives around 40-60 damage per tick...

I suggest reduce cd to the Bolt of Tyresus 2 min = 40-60sec, i think this skill very good for bm on mass pk, but cd 2 min not ok.

what the fuack, the cd being 2 mins is healthy for game, lesser cd = bm becomes mega op espcially if it comes to 60 sec
the skill is really good, thats why its given a 2 min cd
