Element Client is not working..

HI.. can some1 help me about my problem.. i have 2 pc infront of me now. im playing epw on 1 pc. then i also want to play on my other pc but when i loggin my account or any account it will load but when loading is finish "Element Client is not working" message has pop up. i already did http://epicpw.com/index.php?topic=3102.0 Number 3 but still i cant play.. can any1 help me? >.<

if you have 1 pc and 2 screens so open your client at the folder element , but if at 1 pc the client opening and the other pc is not i prefer to reinstall the game there ...

i have my epw on my USB then i transfer it on my other pc. its not working. but if i try with other pc it will work. maybe this pc have problem?

. Game client won't open or crashes upon launch
- Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (vcredist_x86) and 2010 Redistributable Package
- Install Microsoft Net Framework 4
- Add the game directory to your antivirus exception list
- Start the game from patcher and click Verify button, then once process finishes, check again.
- Install DirectX 9.0c by running dxwebsetup.exe file located in EPW/element/ directory and check again
- Reinstall your graphic card drivers and check again
- Update your Windows (if your system is outdated it might be missing some libraries required to run the game)
- In the end restart your PC and check again
- If it still fails, redownload / reinstall the client

Search for System in your windows and open System, or open it from control panel. In windows 10 you can right click start and choose System from there, its the 4th option from top. Then do these:




Find your element client in EPW>Element

Find your patcher.exe in EPW>Patcher

Apply, Ok.
