Gold problem, ish all gone...!

I go back to the game after... like 2 years~ There's no problem til i open (O) shop to check weap skins and see that i have just 20 golds left from my recent votes...  I remember that back then i had at least 300+ golds (or lots more), even free to buy stuffs for my newcomer friend, cuz i always vote superrr usually... 

Pls help guys, just let me know, IF ONLY they must disappear cuz of the new updates, i won't cry...   (*or else... i must kill someone...)

Note: i checked my inven and such for golds\event golds already...

Im not having that issues ,but i did the voting haven't received the gold and its  been around 2 hrs. I am getting a time as well., I tried posting on the help desk but it wont let me.
