Is it normal i cant run this game stable 60+ fps?

I mean i have a
I7 6700k
Nvidia ichill 1080
Watercooled with nzxt kraken 61x
32 gb of corsair vengance 3200 mhz ram


This is as high end as it gets, the only video card on the market that is better atm is 1080 ti that just recently came out. But considering i am playing on a 1080p monitor having a 1080 or 1080ti makes no difference.
So what the hell, is this game really that badly optimised?

Old game. Under 60 fps with your specs, either you're bullshitting or there's def something wrong w/ your parts tho. Should get 60 easily I think..

as long as you can manage 25 fps in mass pk, 40-50 otherwise you'll live without the 60

at lost city 55-70

I have similar specs to you and i definitely dont get 60+. At least not in like a 50+ ppl pk
