I know I have enough prestige and influence to have purchased the Luminance Order Badge but, it is not in my inventory, doesn't show up on my character, not in bank or stash (if it could be) and I can't purchase it from the Elder. I have been able to get advanced skills and have only joined this one order on this toon.
Stated info on the badges: you need a minimum of 580 Prestige to be able to trade for any level of the Badge, which boosts the rate at which you build prestige within the order. Badge disappears after characters hit 7,000 prestige. Also, you can only get the badge once on each character, not once for each Order.
I was able to trade for Badges on some other toons that had enough prestige built up, including in Lumi.
