Crashing When Logging In-Game

Hello I'm new here and I am having trouble running the game. I have download this last night and when I try to log in by pressing my character and launching into the sever I get this. If anyone can help me that would be great I did play PWI few years ago the original server and this is my first time trying a private server.

3. Game client crashes upon logging your toon
- Go to http://panel.epicpw.com/resetstuck.php to move your toon to the safe spot
- Solution above might not be permanent - in this case go to EPW/element/userdata and delete systemsettings.ini file and Layout folder - start client and check again
- Add the game directory to your antivirus exception list
- If problem still persists, click Verify button on patcher and check again
- Finally if the problem will still persist, it means that the client is corrupted. In this case please redownload / reinstall the client

That doesn't help because I cant enter the game keeps saying in that solution what I mean by entering server I type my ID and password then I click on my character to try and enter the game since I just made the character today I was unable to enter in.
