Boost R8 HA class

  please make HA class great again.. I don't see any HA class now doing 1v1 now.. is it possible to add more interval in rank 8 gear and make it attack rate limit  like 3.33 to 4.00aps .. its hard to stand against range class like EA and has more def level than HA class +  kite and skillsend + op damage not just ea other magic class too ..  I think its good if a seeker r8 gear has 2.86atk/rate and 3.33 for bm and barb. boosting atk rate in rank 8 will still struggle do defeat range class but atleast HA class increase a chance of winning. sorry for bad english.
