As i dont have nvidia i cant guide you throu check this video and do it for perfect world see if it helps

It isn't an option in there either. I have 1. and 2.
1. is the program select and 2. is the list of options I screenshot before. There's no preferred graphics processor.
I have tried setting multi-display to compatibility mode for both the patcher and elementclient. No change.
