The damage is okay.
Physical defense needs to be improved.
Stunlock needs to be changed since this is one of the facts that made me stop playing with Stormbringer after learning the rotation the same rotation that the kira uses since he learned fully with me lmao but as said is a spin that loses the fun for not letting The opponent participates in the game.

Note: for those who do not know I stopped playing Stormbringer after winning the Clash of Class after that I got tired of the stunlock rotation and went back to psy class.

Give it like 2k pdef more. Not enough to make it broken, but enough for it to a have a little bit of survivability.

Take 3-4k pdef off their reaper form too.
