I know what you mean. it raises up questions seeing as you can farm hdd on alts..
so if anything... perhaps add the quantity of DBS : 1 PE
or reset hdd back to farming it once per day/alt.

I don't know about a 1:1 ratio, considering that would get rid of the whole 50 DBS, 1 Dragon Jade Stone? (if thats the name idr) Cause you can currently reroll like that.

This is also something that skipped my mind a few minutes ago, I don't feel they need to be changed. Do HDD three times in a day, get three rolls along with the PE you get from it + BH.

All ideas are good, except supply token one.. i can get 300 blood per toon everyday right? some ppl (like me) has more than 15 alts.. so... 600 supply per day? will be kinda stupid.. but yeah, add others shlt to that npc.. why not?
