+1 make all buffs be purgeable 
This would be too unfair to classes that have long cooldowns on certain buffs. Such as: Psychic's SoS/SoV (10 minutes). Barbarians Cornered Beast (300 seconds). Making all buffs "purgeable" would just cause more imbalance and give classes a larger advantage over other classes with long CDs.

Psychic's Soul of Silence cannot be purged.
