Yep that's what I meant I just don't know the skill names after a year playing mystic. So yeah the one that makes your charm ticking 3 seconds faster is pretty useful yet not purgeable.

That's Empowered Vigor, which is psychic skill and is only single target buff often used on sq leader or psychic themselves, mystic buff only increases healing from pots

it's the icon that says false, skill description says otherwise. This buff shares the pink buff icon with Empowered Vigor.
