My client is bugged

I am doing the cultivation 89, when I enter the DG my client closes and I can not log my char anymore, it seems that he buga inside the DG has already happened with 2 of my character.
I hope you can help me

More likely your client not your account. Does it happens when you get inside other dungeons like HDD, FSP or such?

Edit: I would also try steps 2 and 3 of this link before re-installing.

redownload / reinstall entire client.
