The dagger of the chosen one

When I'm bored I like to think of stupid shit. So listen up.
Ok so i was looking at my wall and a great idea seeped into my brain from the paint fumes!
A dagger that EVERY race/class could use. This dagger deals 2-4 dmg and 2-4 mag dmg.
The trick is that you can use it on players who are NOT in pk mode.
Possible names for it would be "the female dog" or "I'm filthy rich".
The only way to get this dagger is through a e.g.: Treasure hunting quest where you are shown a small part of an instance map (really any map that isn't main world) where a boss is marked. You have a limited amount of time to  find and kill him and after a few you would have the chance for one of them (possible 4th-5th boss) to drop the mold.
The dagger is ofc more of an "end game" item and the required mats for making it would be insane.

sounds like a good event in theory but i dont think in actuality it would be very practical but those are just my thoughts

by keeping their tele stones in red? What for?

Ok, they could just walk to nearest teleporter / safe zone,
avoiding mobs...

Or rubber chicken, or carrot... ?

And female toon could use rolling pin on her husband?

It's not suppose to be practical. It would be something like a douche or "badass" meter increaser.
Something that would make ppl actually fear you like "oh look at that mental person. He has the time and resources to make dat sheeet. He could surly fk me up in a sec with the level of no life he poseses."

Ranged wep would make it... i dunno doesn't seem right.
But the ability to waste even more time/money for "skins" for it is an epic idea.
And i dunno with dagger being the assassenation wep fits the criteria more.

No. You want to go pk every one? Go to a pure pvp server. Picking on people who are blue named because they're farming, don't have good gear yet, still leveling, or just don't care for pvp is just wrong. If you have to bully some one, go kick your own dog, not some one else's.
