Put models.pck and model.pkx in the same folder then into that folder make a new .txt file, into it write copy /B models.pck +models.pkx models2.pck then save it as merge.bat and run it, it'll create the 2.9GB models.pck. If you pack with pPck then it'll create the .pck and .pkx automatically.
Your models.pck looks small to me, and I have no edits to it. It looks like it's been split already and not merged back together, because the size of that is the same size as it'd be if the pkx was split from it.Like so:Correct file size after merging :
This still doesn't work for me? Still crashes and I edited the bat file as instructed. Any idea what's going wrong?

I downloaded a fresh EPW to test out a theory; and for some reason in the download models.pck and models.pkx are present in the element folder. The files sent out to everyone already have models.pck split, was this intentional?Feedback from one of the dev's would be appreciated. I'm doing some tests with these files now.
