i think the skill is fine, if anything make the buff time 1 hour, along with SoV, its alot more effective in white voodoo. if that boost in placed in i would not care either way

Remove white vodo ... give psy 10k phy def ..or 5k phy def with 10 def lvls (so they can have same def as other mag classes)
Nerf black vodo 10 atk lvls

I main psy and do not think they need buffs or nerfs, handles in pvp just fine as is.

Looks like you only played against psys. 
psys def level wouldn't be the same at other mag classes because black voodoo reduces it. We better off going no voodoo to be balanced but then we wouldn't truly be a psy anymore. So -1 to everything you said

SoS sure to increase time... SoV NO... SoV can be cast on other players, increasing buff time without increasing CD would make it so multiple people can have it
