um by the way.. a shoutbox will also do.. but a Xat will be better!

I'm perfectly content with not having a chat box. I can do without a wall of QQ every time there's a supposed "mass DC". We already have enough people doing that in the forum as it is, don't need to make it any easier.

I respect that.. but its not just that.. in my opinion chat box makes the server or the community more ..um communicated or close.. or well that what i felt with other servers atleast.

I don't know but I think live chat on this site will be easier for newbies to use and get help or that how I felt back then. ;p

The easiest way to guide someone is to squad in game and use squad chat.

If not enough, use some voice thingy like RaidCall, Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, Skype...
We use RC in guild, for example.

For common mass chat use Teleacoustics.

I didn't mean that by "guide/teach" because myself I had problems getting into the actual server sometimes and I'll be too lazy to make a forums account and post a topic for help or even check for answered questions and that drives me away from the server maybe that just me but I find live chat more accessible than a vent or some other voice chat that requires a download if the person doesn't have it..but again that's just my opinion
