seriously, put enough Str to wear your set then go Dex All the way.

I believe the common recipe for a sin is as much dex as possible without compromising the gear requirements. Add a generous amount of stealth with a dash of doublespark and top it off with some trashtalk about skill. Leave in pk zone for about 20 minutes to achieve the best results.

Depends on play style, I personally was always a fan of DPH (Damage per hit) instead of APS (Attack per Second) Some nasty stun locking w attack levels and CotD on, you can hit pretty hard with the right combos

Min str and rest into dex. But also keep in mind some gears (Lunar robe, Tomes like pangu, etc) add extra str once you equip them so for example, if i'm not mistaken both the robe and the tome give +7 str so that makes +14 in total, and the min req. of str to wear dragon LA gears is 154 so you just put 140 in str and get the difference from the gears.

also if u have the EC's or if you feel that luck is on your side go r8 APS(reshape for -int) and rape people.
