Donated twice and still no Donation points????????? GM whats going on? took the money out of my account but don't show up here? Please fix this or return my money and I will go elswhere

I have the same problem and no one helped me from yesteday :(
Tho I ask about help all the time

They took money from Acc and  no points showed up ;/

Payment  is confirmed on Paypal
I sent all SS to Burdette
